Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the visaroxy.com website, which is published by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME]. The VisaRoxy platform is provided under a separate written agreement, and nothing on this site forms part of that agreement. This version takes effect on [EFFECTIVE DATE].
The short version
This is a marketing site with one demo request form. It has no accounts, no login and no customer portal, and the form is not connected to a server, so nothing you type into it is transmitted. The platform that reads camera video is supplied under a signed agreement, not under this page.
Acceptance of these terms
By using visaroxy.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, do not use the site. If you are using the site for an organisation, you confirm that you are allowed to accept these terms on its behalf, and "you" then means both you and that organisation.
These terms apply to the website. They do not apply to the VisaRoxy platform, to a pilot, or to any service delivered under a contract. Those are governed by the written agreement signed for that deployment.
What this site is
Visaroxy.com is a marketing and demo-request site. It describes what the VisaRoxy platform does, who it is built for, and how a deployment is put together, and it offers one way to ask for a walkthrough.
Everything on the site is information. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, a specification, or a commitment about price, delivery, functionality or availability, and nothing on it can be accepted by you to form a contract. Product screens, zone maps and event logs shown on these pages are illustrations built with sample data, not records from a customer site. If you want a commitment, it has to come from a signed agreement.
Accounts and access
This website has no accounts, no login, no sign-up, no password reset and no customer portal. There is nothing to register for and no credentials are issued anywhere on this site.
Access to the VisaRoxy platform is provisioned separately, under a written agreement, for named individuals at the customer organisation. Accounts are created by us as part of that deployment and are governed by the agreement that covers it. If anyone offers you access to a VisaRoxy deployment through this website, or asks you for a password, they are not acting for us. Tell us at [CONTACT EMAIL].
Permitted use
You may read the pages on this site, print or save a copy for your own internal reference, share links with colleagues, and submit the demo request form for a genuine business enquiry.
You may also quote a short passage from these pages in an internal document, a report or a review, provided you attribute it to VisaRoxy and do not present it as your own material or as a commitment from us.
Prohibited use
You must not do any of the following:
- Scrape, crawl or harvest the site with automated tools, or copy its content in bulk, beyond what a normal browser and a standard search engine do.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its server or any connected system, or probe, scan or test its security without our written permission.
- Interfere with the site or its availability, including by flooding it with requests, or by introducing anything harmful through it.
- Misrepresent your identity on the demo request form — for example by using a false name, someone else's email address, or a company you do not work for or represent.
- Submit the form on behalf of another person without their authority, or use it to send unsolicited marketing.
- Use the site for anything unlawful, or in a way that infringes the rights of anyone else.
- Copy the site's content, structure or branding into a competing product or service, or remove any notice of ownership from a copy you are allowed to make.
Demo requests
A demo request is exactly that: a request. Submitting one places no obligation on you and none on us. It does not create a contract, a customer relationship, a support entitlement or a promise that a demonstration will be provided, and it does not commit either side to anything. We decide whether and when to respond, and you are free to stop the conversation at any point.
Be accurate on the form, and do not send confidential information, trade secrets or personal data about other people through it. Write to [CONTACT EMAIL] instead if you need to discuss something sensitive, and we will agree how to handle it before you send it.
The form is built, but it is not connected to a server. Here is precisely what happens when you press submit. The page first runs its own checks in your browser: required fields must be filled in, the email address must look like an address, and a select or checkbox must hold a valid choice. If something fails, an error message appears beside that field and focus moves to it, and nothing else happens. If everything passes, the page hides the form and shows a confirmation panel — and that panel states plainly that no message was sent and that nothing you typed left your browser. No request is made to any server, no data is stored anywhere, and no email is generated. If you want us to actually receive your enquiry today, email [CONTACT EMAIL].
The script that runs the form reads its destination from a single attribute on the form itself, so a real endpoint can be attached later without changing the page. When that happens, this section will be updated to describe what is collected and where it goes, and these terms will apply to anything you submit through it.
Intellectual property
The content of this site — its text, layout, graphics, interface illustrations, code and stylesheets — belongs to [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] or is used with permission. The VisaRoxy name, the logo and the brand mark belong to [LEGAL ENTITY NAME].
You are granted no licence to any of it beyond the permission described under permitted use: you may view the site and make incidental copies such as a browser cache or a printed page for internal reference. Everything else is reserved. In particular, you may not use the VisaRoxy name or logo, or anything confusingly similar, without our written permission.
Third-party services
This site is assembled from components served by public content networks. The pages load Bootstrap and Bootstrap Icons from a public CDN, and load the Archivo and Inter typefaces from Google Fonts. Those services are operated by other companies, and your use of the site involves your browser requesting files from them. Their terms and their handling of technical request data are their own, not ours, and we do not control them.
The site also links to pages we publish and, in text, may refer to other organisations. A link is not an endorsement, and any third-party site you reach has its own terms and privacy practices, which you should read before relying on anything there.
Disclaimers
The site and its content are provided as they are and as they are available. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or free of errors, that defects will be corrected, or that the server that makes it available is free of harmful components.
Nothing on this site is professional, legal, operational, safety or security advice, and it is not a substitute for advice from someone qualified who has seen your site. Descriptions of a capability are not a statement that it fits your operation, your cameras, your network or your regulatory position. Decisions you take on the strength of what you read here are your own.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of anticipated savings, loss of data, or business interruption arising out of or in connection with your use of this site or your reliance on anything published on it, whether the claim is framed in contract, in tort, by statute or otherwise, and whether or not we were told such a loss was possible.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If a limitation in this section does not apply to your claim, the rest of the section still applies to every other claim.
Termination and changes to the site
[LEGAL ENTITY NAME] may withdraw, suspend, change or remove any part of this site at any time, including a page, a form, a download or the whole site, without notice and without liability. We do not promise that any page will remain available or that its content will stay as it is today.
Your permission to use the site ends automatically if you breach these terms. The sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, governing law and the entire agreement continue to apply after that.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION], and the courts of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION] have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from your use of this site. Before starting proceedings, please write to [CONTACT EMAIL] and give us a chance to resolve the matter directly.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, the new version is published on this page and the effective date at the top of the document changes. The effective date is the date that version starts to apply. Your continued use of the site after that date means you accept the updated terms; if you do not accept them, stop using the site.
Severability
If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision is treated as removed and the remaining provisions continue in full force. Where a provision is capable of being read in more than one way, it will be read in the way that keeps it valid and enforceable.
Entire agreement
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] about your use of this website, and they replace anything said or published about the site before them. They do not replace, vary or limit any signed agreement that covers the VisaRoxy platform; where such an agreement conflicts with these terms, that agreement prevails for the platform, and these terms continue to govern the website.
How to contact us
Questions about these terms, requests for permission to reuse content, and reports of misuse of the site all go to [CONTACT EMAIL]. A person reads that mailbox, and we will answer you.
